THE CLEARVIEW SERIES

We have designed our ClearView Series to help you understand more about the church and how you could be involved in what God is doing here. If ClearView Church is to be a place where you belong and where you live out your commitment to Jesus, it is critical that you understand who we are, what we believe, and where we're going! Taking all four classes in the series is a requirement for anyone who wishes to become a member of ClearView Church. We offer one class every month, and they do not have to be taken in any particular order.

• BELIEFS: Discovering Christian Beliefs and Lifestyle
  This class will give you a solid foundation on which to build your Christian life. This session will be broken down into three sections: Jesus' Ministry, Christian Community, and Faith in Action. We will discuss topics that every disciple of Jesus should have a firm handle on, such as the Kingdom of God, small group life, and serving the poor. We will worship, share the Lord's Supper, and have an opportunity for prayer ministry.

• FREEDOM: Discovering Maturity Healing and Forgiveness
  This session is about experiencing the freedom that comes from getting rid of the heavy burdens from your past. We discuss what the Bible says about overcoming sin and destructive habits in your life and what it means to be healed of wounds from your past.
   
• SERVING: Discovering Your Spiritual Gifts and How to Use Them
  This class is designed to help you discover your spiritual gifts and learn how they fit into the mission of the church. Discussions will include sharing about your passions and abilities, your personality and life experiences. "3 Colors of Ministry" book with Spiritual Gift survey is provided free of charge.
   
• COMMUNITY: Discovering the Mission of ClearView Church
  Here you'll hear ClearView stories, vision and values, and hopefully you'll come away with a greater sense of who we are as a family. This class is helpful for anyone who is interested in the history of ClearView Church.
